Aerial Yoga in Downtown Miami

Suspension work to decompress and play.

A silk hammock takes your weight so your spine doesn't have to. Aerial is the most playful room in the studio and — for anyone who sits at a desk all day — quietly the most therapeutic.

01What it gives you
  • Spinal decompression and gentle traction
  • Supported inversions without the strain
  • Core strength from an unfamiliar angle
  • Genuinely the most fun room in the studio

Who it's for

Anyone curious. You don't need upper-body strength or circus skills — the hammock does the holding, you just learn to work with it.

What to expect

Wear a top that covers your armpits (the silk can chafe), fitted leggings, and leave the jewellery at home. Your instructor spots you through every inversion.

02Good to know
Do I need to be strong to do aerial?
No. The hammock supports your weight — the skill is working with it, not hanging from it.
Is aerial safe if I'm nervous about being upside down?
Yes. Inversions are optional and supported, and nobody goes further than they want to.
What should I wear?
A top with sleeves or one that covers the armpits, fitted leggings, and no zips or jewellery.
