Reformer Pilates in Downtown Miami

Precision and control on the classic carriage.

The reformer is where most people meet pilates — a spring-loaded carriage that gives you resistance and support at the same time. At SĀMA, reformer classes build long, even strength without pounding your joints, guided by instructors who learn your name and how your body moves.

01What it gives you
  • Low-impact strength that protects your joints
  • Deep core and postural control
  • Even, balanced strength from left to right
  • Scales from first-timer to advanced in the same room

Who it's for

Everyone. Reformer is the most adaptable discipline in the studio — springs change in seconds, so a beginner and a devotee can train side by side without either one being bored or lost.

What to expect

A 50-minute class in grip socks. Your instructor sets your springs, walks you through each transition and adjusts you by name. Come ten minutes early for your first one.

02Good to know
Is reformer pilates good for beginners?
Yes. The springs adjust in seconds, so the same class works for a first-timer and a seasoned practitioner. Tell your instructor it's your first class and they'll set you up.
Do I need my own equipment?
No — the reformers are here. Just bring grip socks, or pick up a pair at the studio.
Is reformer included in the membership?
Yes. One SĀMA membership covers reformer and every other discipline — no add-ons, no upcharges.

Included in one membership — along with every other discipline.
